- Own how Aashita governs the AI it builds: the policy it holds itself to, and the practice that has to hold up when a customer examines it.

- Audit experience, familiarity with AI management standards, healthcare or manufacturing regulatory background
- Experience required: 6+ years
- Educational Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree; a governance, legal or audit qualification is welcome
Summary:
This role owns AI governance in substance rather than on paper. You will decide what evidence a model needs before it ships, run the risk assessments, and be the person who can say no. It sits close to engineering deliberately: governance written at a distance from the work does not survive contact with it, and a policy nobody in the build can follow is not a policy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. The framework
- Build and maintain the group's AI management framework, and the evidence trail behind it.
- Keep policy current as the regulatory picture changes across our markets.
2. Assessment
- Run risk assessments on systems before they reach production.
- Define the evaluation and documentation each risk tier requires.
- Review incidents and feed what they teach back into policy.
3. Practice
- Work alongside ML engineers so governance is designed in, not bolted on.
- Brief customers and their auditors on how our systems are governed.
